| Sharon Chen | | Founder & CEO | More than 27 years of diversified IT experience ranging from Mainframe Operator to Unix administrator to programmer analyst and systems programmer as well as system group manager, Developer and Development manager, technical sales-support and sales manager. Sharon held these positions at various international and Israeli companies such BLL, Hapag Lloyd (America), Tadiran IS, EMC and Diligent.
Sharon also has experience as an entrepreneur – Managing IT companies dealing with infrastructure services, and software development. This is Sharon's 3rd Company as a CEO.
Previously in 1989-93 he managed a small company named KB Software - A NY based IT service and Development Company.
From 1998-2002 he managed another company – S.L. Chen Computing Solutions LTD in Israel which also operated in the IT infrastructure services and software development arena.

| | Amir Glaser | | CSL-WAVE Development Manager | Amir has 11 years of IT experience, with emphasis on communications, performance and capacity planning of large enterprise environments.
He managed a Mainframe Systems Programmer team and System Communications team in his last positions during his army service at the IDF.
In his current position at CSL as Development Manager, Amir leads the development cycle of the product, from design, through development and QA.

| | Itai Blaiman | | Senior Developer and OS Team Leader | Itai has 16 years of IT experience, ranging from System Programmer experience at Mamram, to senior developer at EMC and Diligent. He is an expert in z/Architecture Internals and leads the OS-side of CSL-WAVE development.
His wide experience and knowledge in IBM's large-system complexes is demonstrated in the projects he technically leads in the present and in the past during his development roles in EMC and Diligent – Mostly in the IO and OS internals.
Itai holds a BA in Economics and Management from TAU (Tel Aviv University).
