System Web Interface Module

SWIM is the initial product in a series of products from CSL for WEB/MF connection

SWIM utilize TCPIP for its vehicle. The product runs as a USS process with one leg in the legacy application domain, while the other leg builds dynamic HTML pages that are sent back to the originator browser session.

CSL have tested this product with some customers who shown enthusiasm as per the possibilities that reveled while employing such an architecture -

e.g. Using SWIM with CA/SYSVIEW when SDSF replacement is in effect, get the immediate benefit of easy-on-the-eyes 132 columns SYSOUT browsing orand of course simpe local LAN printing (via the browser) of the said SYSOUT.
